Those legs are getting pretty big...wonder how that happened? You must be eating something or doing some sort of crazy exercise
:0). Make sure you eat some protein every day after your ride to help the muscles recover...think balanced diet and you should be okay. Power bars with protein will help you recover quickly. Also, with it getting hotter, drink about a water bottle (16 - 22 oz) every hour if you can. Take 2 or 3 good gulps about every 10 - 15 minutes. You will feel much less fatigued at the end of the day if you stay well hydrated.
