Whelp, there's not a whole lot of time to write at the moment, we had a great tail wind and rode it for 80 miles, then the next day a horrific head wind (the worst of the trip), we only got 30 miles, then today we have some good tail winds again. We love these little Nebraska towns, people are all SO kind and every town has a public park, we like to rest in them. We hit our half way mark yesterday!! Only less than 1600 more miles to go, wow thats a lot of miles! We are keeping full and happy.... thanks for everyone's support!

I'm impressed. I talked a lot when I was younger about doing just what you're doing - only you're doing it! I'm glad you're finding that Americans are still open and friendly - and what a great way to see the country, OFF the freeways and on the roads that actually go through towns. You've hit all the dramatic scenery; but now you're in the beautiful farmland, the rolling hills. Thanks for sharing it with the rest of us vicariously.
